Legal and Financial Planning for People with Alzheimer’s Disease
This six-page, large print Fact Sheet addresses the importance of early legal and financial planning for people recently diagnosed with a serious illness that is expected to involve declining mental health. The Fact Sheet presents a basic, consumer-oriented overview of medical, legal and financial planning documents, advance planning advice and steps for getting affairs in order, and a listing of national resources.
